While those points are consistenty quoted, they are a convenient trope for teachers unions and education depts to transition the public school systems away from academics to victimhood and soacial engineering, by stealth

I can tell you why the good teachers who have integrity as a pursuit are getting out:

1) Parents directly badgering them instead of being shielded by Principals
2) Dept policies to indoctrinate students in the ways of woke at the expense of personal growth, academics and discipline
3) Dept policies to insist on acceptance of e.g. Colonial guilt, gender identity, pronouns, equity over quality, etc
4) Infestation of activist and inculcating LGBT∞ staff out to groom vulnerable minds
5) Re-education of teachers who won't accept new social doctrines
6) Suspensions (especially men) due to false accusations of inappropriate touching of students.

There's a reason the male manual arts teachers are leaving early and the shops being shut and unless you're a gay, the male classroom teachers are pretty much an endangered species too.
