If Labor win the next election, that means people are fine about them lying all the time. That means its gloves off to politicians to say anything that people want to hear and get a fat pension at the end of it all. If you are a leftie, you should not support this sort of thing because you are giving a green light to other pollies to do the same thing to you one day. Labor lied about super, and the tax cuts. That did not stop them giving themselves a fat pay rise as soon as they got in. The public are getting screwed by these crooks at every turn. Get use to it until they get removed. Every time they screw tax payers, they always use the word 'fair' like its a justification to steal someone else's money. If it is so 'fair' why promise something that was not fair pre the election??? This is what happens when you elect long time criminal types who are use to corruption and lying to get what they want.
Dim Jim reckons he wont touch negative gearing?? That means its coming in the next term. They know they will lose govt completely by the end of the second term, so they will bring in the bigger changes. I dont negative gear myself, but voters better be very careful of these liars. Voting for them means you lose. They may not make changes since they are all negative geared from their high salaries from tax payers. That bit of self interest may prevent them from doing it. Keating tried it, only having to make the changes back. Still cant be trusted regardless. Left wing high immigration, high regulation socialist govts destroy wealth over time, but they tend to get rich as people. Most Labor politicians and union leaders become multi millionaires. Look how rich the Democrat pollies get.
