I received a prompt response today, all credit to her this is better than past.

The continuing solvency is a concern to the directors.
there will be a video update from tim this week.
They are confident a partnering agreement will come soon from Japanese sources..
They are seeking funding to support completion of DFS as well as long term JV and off take partners.
A cap raise or debt may be a required option.
In my opinion it is crunch time, make or break. over next 5 months.
