It would depend upon the ability to defer the tax credits until future tax terms that would ultimately be the sweetener for us - I think you have it the wrong way around. We don't want to defer the tax credits. We want the ability to claim them now to help pay for the 45kt expansion.
I think it's the reason why they brought the 48C back in. Smaller players are struggling to finance their part of the build if given a grant or loan. Loans and grants are legislated so there is no chance the Republicans will help change the act to make it easier for companies to finance their part of the build ie increase the grant or loan % of the total build cost
