@ILikeBread, FWIW Terry has replied to my tweet that the “$136M debt facility” the AFR refers to is Glencore: “You are correct it’s subject to DD. The feedback has been very positive”.
So it’s not a done deal yet which will explain why Galan have been forced to raise in this manner.
