I think $0.382 is the exercise price for the rights - look at page 17 of the notice of AGM document where it lists these rights. The document is linked in this attachment.
I feel like after rejecting 80 cents he should not be able to claim these until at least 80 cents but hey the ASX is mostly just a corrupt vessel to make executives and astute investors rich while the everyday investor loses big time.
