The old board collectively hold >10%. They have the right to force the company to call a meeting with resolutions to be reinstated instead of the new board.
obviously they will get overwhelming support from smaller shareholders to overcome the Chairman's gang of 513m votes, only IF the buisiness is not doing well under the new management.
I have opined that we at HC are a force to be reckoned with , but was laughed at.
Time will tell.
