Being fixed contract business, if they needed another $1-2Million as Carry on Finance I cant see why debt finance with banks would not be an option.
We have for the last 8 Months made 230K Month.
We even have the Moolap facility as collateral.
Plus $5M to come in from options in Aug 2012.
Why Dilute when you can go to the banks.
Capital Raise would only be needed for a big project like US expansion. But that could take many forms and would not happen at these prices if dilution has been a concern for the directors.
I must say they have done a great job to give this company many options going forward
