The BOD's "Marlin" is a take-over so they can all jump ship. The sooner we can have an EGM or vote them all out by second-strike the better SYA Shareholders will be. The Canadian Govt described them as "Cowboys" and told them to get their Governance in order over twelve months ago, until then there will be no consideration for Govt support or Grants. Meanwhile our BOD treat the Shareholders with contempt, kick the can down the road and jump to whatever KP demands.
