Thats rubbish,,,the details were to be worked through if the vote passed. Why would they legislate before there was anything to apply it to?
The detail would have been debated through Parliament just like any other piece of legislation , then off the the senate. There was the usual process to be undertaken had it passed. Dutton knew that but blabbed about detail, and the yobbo's parroted that. It was just Duttons bare faced lies which he probably learnt the art from Morrison.
