goes back to mgmt credibility. if they can't stick to what they say on financing timelines, how do you know they can stick what they say on production output? really rolling the dice on whether the financing is the only stumble they take or whether it's actually more deeply rooted capability/competency issues. if it is the latter, why didn't they hire someone with this expertise to help them through the process? lots of minerals companies run by geos/miners get help from the likes of big4 or other debt arrangers to cover their skill gaps. mgmt just not proactive enough in this case
