Surprise surprise, Ukraine is improving on corruption, slowly weeding out the corrupt and decrepit Soviet/Kremlin ways and climbing up the rankings all the while Putin's Russia, like his economy and 2nd (rate) army of the world, is slowly tanking and getting worse.




Top rankings, all democratic Western countries (with the exception of Singapore not being "Western" but still democtratic). No surprises there. It's why Putin's useful idiots live in the democratic West while they use all those advantages to force other people to live under a fascist Putin dictatorship. These guys are the real heros.
