There's no evidence for what you said. I've read the report, and the fact, that they don't mention the grade, even though you it admit it's still battery grade, is a straw-man for you to hang some negativity on. Pure and simple.
To be honest I find both you and Gcar to be, in many ways, exactly the same, only on different sides. Mountains out of molehills.
Also, you attempting to explain "how business's should communicate" to me, just to defend your original load of, let's call it "opinion" to be nice, is an absolute snort of a laugh to me, as is Gcar when he over-defends what is at it's core probably exactly as it looks, AGY didn't think to put it in as it's not relevant to the rest of the paragraph that contains that particular piece of information.
