He’s implying that the because phase II trial had relatively few participants, it’s only really a Phase I.
The fact is the Phase III trial is registrational and nobody is seriously doubting success will lead to an NDA / Accelerated Approval.
The fact Advanz were prepared to sign a licensing agreement at this stage gives a lot of confidence.
