    Bet short position dropped to 12m shares shorted in december then quickly increased back to 28m shares.
    what it means, 16m shares were shorted around 9c mark.
    sell volume is very thin, if we have buyers continue to buy up and not selling, share price can boost back to 15c mark level very soon.
