Unfortunately a company delisting is not enough to claim the tax loss. The company is still there, just no longer trading on the ASX.
There's a company that has a service for this - it's called delisted, they "buy" your shares for like a $, and you can then claim the loss. I've used them before, and am honestly annoyed that I may need to use them again.
