Hopefully the company takes this constructively and realises that we aren't the 4 cent explorer with 100% retail register that we used to be. We're potentially now 24 months away from being a multi (more than 2) billion dollar spod producer.

The alternative is that they walk away with their backs up and with an axe to grind (which will do nobody any good). Focus has to remain on perfect execution for 2024. Any stuff ups in this environment will result in over reactions from the market. FYI I believe CG holds around 60m (combined rights + shares), Brent Jones a little over 50m and most others around 20m.

Assuming a 50 cent share price, the 20m guys will be sitting on $10m (before tax), Brent Jones on ~$25m before tax and CG on $30m before tax.

I've been despairing about the push towards socialism in Australia, and this has been pretty clear over the last few weeks where the general messaging in the media is that 'those rich people don't need their salaries anyway, so we should take it from them and redistribute it to people who already receive huge government handouts'.

So I am not going to sit here and act with envy or jealousy towards these guys large share holdings. Many of them took enormous risk (including foregoing actual director payments and instead receiving payment in shares when the company was trading at something like half a cent and had a real risk of going completely broke).

This is before you consider the risk to reputation, risk to their families if things didn't pan out etc etc.

I hope these guys succeed because if they succeed then every LRS investor will succeed.
