jandb has given us an overview of where revenue could and most likely will be coming from our life science division. here is mine of our CET.
we had an announcement on dec 7th that we had delivered a high silicon anode to ev1. allowing them some time to manufacture the completed battery and to start testing, I have their testing being around 200+ cycles. (55 days at 6 cycles/day, less set up time) by the end of feb should be around 400. at this stage they will be able to compare anteotech's 1/2 cell and coin cell results and most likely some initial testing they have done. I don't expect the 1st testing they have done is with a full battery cell. how far away will a deal be? maybe not the main deal we are waiting for but one to more formal agreement
then we have been told that we have successfully produced our own ultra high silicon anode containing 70% silicon. how many of our partners will be wanting to get their hands on that? not sure we are giving this out without a formal agreement being signed.
from the agm presentation we have been given the names of the partners closer to commercial deals and again in this 4c ( I see the 1st time they have named a giga battery manufacturer in an ann, ACC anyone)
"This includes two major electric vehicle manufacturers, a bespoke battery manufacturer and a giga battery manufacturer, a global specialised chemical company, along with existing partners, Trinseo and Wyon."
then we had
"Another key takeaway was that potential customers are willing to pay for access to AnteoTech’s highly skilled technical team and tailored test samples, prior to engaging in a long-term supply agreement."
"While our soon to be completed Brisbane facility will be hugely beneficial to enable initial supplies of Anteo X and early commercial production runs,"
when the production facility is up and producing shortly, more revenue will be flowing our way. this is something shareholders having being crying out for, for years. not just being a non for profit research arm of these collaborators
then from the dec battery conference
"The conference also provided an opportunity to engage with a number of new potential customers, with delegates representing a variety of specialised battery companies including both the giga factories and major international EV companies."
will they need anteoX for testing?
shortly we will have multiple companies doing production run tests on anteox and our high silicon anodes, with ado receiving revenue from all of them. I also imagine Anteotech management will be wanting some more formal agreements with these companies or we will get ourselves into a ferro type situation again. ev1 has got 1st in advantage of skipping this.
get the production facility producing, get gov't non dilutionary funding to further scale it up to 80k litres capacity and the revenue will start to trickle in which will hopefully later become substantial.
it's all starting to get closer and closer. tomorrow is early February. let the announcements start to roll out......
