Shareholder clearly made their feelings heard, performance rights and remuneration voted against , pretty amazing considering the amount of voters you would need to get that percentage with this registry .
does anyone know why they said all resolutions were passed by way of poll, when the three resolutions around josh pay and performance rights were voted against and not carried ? They just ignoring shareholders votes now ?
