Will be interesting Overtures

I guess it depends on who the manipulators are (if they are there...and many of us have seen evidence lately that that may well be around)and what they are waiting for?

Are they part of the interested parties/end users...or are they opportunistic parties hoping for placements at levels they are hoping to manipulate?

If minimal dilution is the intention and order of the day then i'd suggest that approach can only go so far as placements may be limited....and not at the lower levels suggested by some.

If you are right we will see a series of placements, a stagnating share price and delayed production till 2014-15.

Our views are contrasting. Your view does appear to be pessimistic. Mine of course is much more optimistic...backed up I might add by released information to ASX by brokers and the company.

If the reports are on the money then it will be a different scenario.

PLV just might conclude the offtake agreements/associated negotiations before the end of the year.

The market will have no choice but to re rate it imo.

Its being held back now by indecision and awaiting outcomes of capital raisings.

A bullish report or two might just break the back of those trying to cap it.

I'm guessing you see a shareprice and considerable dilution around 40 cents shortly and well into 2011?

At the beginning of the year I had a share price target. Not prepared to share mine now as clearly it could be in quite a range.


There are so many possibilities for PLV share price right now...on both extremes.
