And how is it not going to be fully drawn upfront if they require 9mln for expansion in the next quarter??? Or are you trying to catch me on the difference between 10mln and 9mln...
Almost every single western car manufacturer is expanding into EVs. For example, Tesla has been using LFPs for most of their models for some time now. Those LFPs are produced in China. Recently, US put a tariff not only on EVs from China but expanded that tariff on batteries from China. That's why Fortescue is building a battery plant near Detroit. Chinese ban on export of phospates ensures that there is not going to be enough phosphate for both LFPs and agriculture. And either farmers or manufacturers suffer. If the price of phosphate for European car manufacturers is too high then the tariff the EU put on Chinese EVs is not going to be enough to price those EVs put of the market since they would be produced much cheaper in China. You can research the locations of manufacturing plants yourself.
