regarding loan draws, it’s all hypothetical because whether it can or can’t be drawn upfront depends on the structure of the loan. Seeing as it appears there will be no loan we can just make up something suit any argument for either side. But if I came to you as lender and said hey I wanna build a house it will cost $19m but I only need 10m, just give it all to me upfront I promise it’ll all be spent on the house. Would u lend it to me?
