Only about 4 unhappy, and 1 who raised prices and covered the price rise difference. Seemed like those unhappy, were so because they wanted easy money.
So there's always going to be a sub set who are unhappy with fees, or don't want to put in any extra effort.
I think the half report will be telling on how fees have truly impacted, rather than some anecdotal evidence.
