An extract from the report that for me gives a clue as to why Santos was hitting the pause button. The Barossa fiasco rang big alarm bells for Santos and others (WDS etc). Dutton said he would reduce funding to the government body that wasted time and money on the rubbish claim of the Tiwi Islanders. Songlines? What a farce. Good to see the judge requesting the claimants to pay Santos' not inconsiderable court costs.
