    I am reasonably new to trading and read the XJO forum reguarly and thank everyone for their input, I have learnt a lot!

    However I suffer from what ever new trader suffers from and that is letting my emotions take over and when that happens I lose money! I realise controlling one's emotions is personal, however does anyone have any tricks out there that works for them?!
