Revenues faltering, expenses growing, debts rising, interest owed accumulating, new customers slowing, credit cards maxing, cash diminishing = dilution coming.

With a $10m Market Cap in a tight market for new capital that ain’t going to make it easy.

Good luck to you all it’s going to be needed here in a big way, hope there is a major cash backed deal coming soon or this looks like it could get bad quickly.
