Do you mind elaborating on this? Which "credit committee" are you referring to? Who was the representative? "apparently from the representative who this time I talked to Angola so different bloke" Are you saying you spoke to someone in Angola?
I don't know who you have been talking to but you have it wrong if what you are saying is that the IDC has not started their DD. I spoke to someone senior in the company a number of weeks ago and the DD was well under way back then and had been progressing well. I'd suggest you ask who you are talking to when you call, ask what their position is there and make sure they are qualified to answer your questions accurately. Especially before posting what you hear publicly.

I would certainly agree with you on that point and strongly suggest others do that before relying on what you have posted which to me isn't clear exactly what you are saying and based on what you heard from who knows who.
