perhaps the larger market correction will accelerate the move to 50 cents
facts are facts. IF court delays continue and they need cash they may not raise it. This means they could potentially not get up and running. It’s a very real risk. I’m not suggesting this is the case. However one should consider it a possibility in their decision making. People have lost significant amount of money here. Macro factors not looking good.
