Noting the heading of this page, I can’t help reflecting on the damage SMSL and various tacitly supporting Ministers and Federal bureaucrats have wreaked on Lynas Malaysia and all of us long-suffering shareholders over many years. Only Malaysia’s British-origin law has saved us; as I recall EVERY Court action brought by this mob (and funded by who?) has been ultimately thrown out - but at collective great cost to all shareholders.
