Cap could buy plenty and still have an average of under .013c up to 15% of company or so
For a small outlay they can have this at well above their cost
Having over 600m plus shares at well below these prices - clearly shows who is benefiting behind the scenes imo
While Cap are lurking imo one should not be selling at this point in time
Needs more than one buyer for sustained rise
