I have to agree with Normandy the work done into all of the ESG reports and mine site audits is clearly for the DOE loan. At this price the compelling upside story for me outweighs the potential loss.
as they stated in the quarterly there has been approx 700 million is invested in enterprise value. at the current market cap the Vidalia plant is worth more. go figure
