Retail investors have seen their investments fall 70-90% over the course of a year. Why would anyone be expected to put good money after bad? Not like we'd have the additional information likely available to the insto investors.
I know SW's words aren't worth the paper they're printed on but he did say in the announcement video that partners are expected in "weeks". There's a saying in Texas, maybe Tennessee...
