So the left leaning ACT government, the ACT court system, the judicial staff who select the pool of potential jurors, the prosecution and defence teams who are able to challenge a number of jurors each, etc were all in a conspiracy to ensure a juror was selected who would then cause the trial to be abandoned?

This despite you or anyone else knowing how that particular juror was going to vote, or what the intention of the other 11 were.
