I can't guarantee that things weren't discussed but I sincerely doubt it, it's not a natural fit for the process for mine. If anything, the chat may have been about the Govt burying the issue by buying back the permit. However, my understanding is that DB is hellbent on finding out what is down there, such is his conviction. JMO. DYOR.
