Oviously , there has been a shortfall of funding for this project which has not been disclosed untill now .The stalling of the SOP component was an indication of this .The fact that it is already 72 per cent owned by 3 or 4 private parties, means retail investors continally get shafted.These shares are now worth 25 cents.When they did the convertable note deal with the major holders , retail had their value dilluted, and it is happening again here. Suck it up retail, you been fed to the sharks yet again.It reminds me of the orcas feeding on the seals.We are all in this together, but some get fatter than others.
