The airy fairiness comes from the fact they needed 30mil and have totally stuffed up trying to raise the next 15mil.

What the hell were they waiting for a month for the share price to go even lower ?

Seems like at this raise they've just burned more company cash (200k ?) trying to get now a very unattractive Rights issue away which should have been bumped up with 1 for 1 options.

Whole thing should have been done and dusted by now whatever the result, not this 2-3 month process to raise cash who actually does that.

Point of the lease comment was Roch was telling everyone here they had an indefinite hold on it which is not true.
