If Grandis, or ATP2044 is scalable up to 500 wells, then what's the plot really worth to us? What's a company going to pay for a lot than may need up to 500 wells? What's each well cost to drill, $5-7mil ? That's a decent chunk and that'd be taken into account when making an offer to buy it. We'd need to have 3-5TCF plus, surely for an entity to show an interest.
