Well... I've returned from my trip, and here we are exactly where I predicted months ago.
I received insults when I mentioned that those expecting this to be non-dilutive were fooling themselves.
I faced mockery when I insisted that the financing solution was as clear as mud and would drag the stock price down for months.
Laughter followed my prediction of a capital raise in the mid-40s.
I was labeled an idiot for selling most of my shares "at the bottom of the trend" (well above current levels).
Perhaps my style wasn't very polished, but you have to admit, I was right. I accept apologies.
It's disheartening, truly disheartening. "How to destroy shareholder value 101".
I've got cash ready to invest once this murky situation clears up. Can the current management pull it off? Honestly, I'm not sure. They've just demonstrated once again their incompetence. Unless the Glencore financing comes through very soon, another round of raising funds is on the horizon, likely in the low 30s.
