The market just priced in 40mil royalty repayment and another 40mil + for future royalties payments.. before the case has even been heard, I hope we get the same response to the upside once this is all over… the case doesn’t look that strong for south32… oh let’s go back and take a look at the sale agreement from 1990s and see if we have anything we can monetise… looks like desperation, obviously directors have come and gone over the years… you would think just one of them would have made a claim if it was viable… this is a bit nutty!!!
