No. Commercial lease are usually contracted on a supply of the building only. All other costs, cleaning, rates etc are born by the lessee. I am talking about the unused value of the remaining prepaid lease, which is a liability to Calidus and an asset to Atlas, as it needs to be honoured in the future.
