What are you basing that on? Where are you gonna get all of this water from, I assume salt water doesn't work.

The catchments and storage are not designed for a mass vehicle adoption. People are getting all pissy saying the electricity grid can't support a EV uptick but it's easier to grow the grid over supplying water that is reliant on rain. What happens if there's a drought? Then the whole country just stops driving? Also how many litres per 100kms? Doesn't seem like the glorious idea you and many others paint it to be.
