Hi Dan, i've been a shareholder for a few years now. I prefer to sit back, observe, and quietly hope there will be a light at the end of the tunnel. I don't comment as i take a 'what will be will be' approach. My imput won't change the outcome!
Two questions. I'm curious as to where you get all the technical facts ?
Secondly, you obviously are a believer! You must have given thought to the scenario that will eventually see a re-rate. If you have the time, could you detail what you believe needs to happen inorder for the SP to take a healthy leap upwards ? Is there a tipping point ? If people don't get what BRK are doing up until now, what will change their mind ? Will 20 wells in production, as supposed to say 10 make any difference ? Cash reserves of 100 million, as opposed to say 10 million? In essence, you are a hive of positivity, i'd just like to hear what, when and how you see that substantial re-rate coming. Not asking you to look into a crystal ball, but a logical deduction. Love your posts and information, much appreciated.
