Fascinating... So maybe that is why the freedom of information requests failed, maybe it has already been delegated (to avoid a bias defence), and they were waiting for the 260 petajoules (PJ) of gas availability¹ to eliminate the need for PEP-11 before rejecting the NOPTA application(s).

For them to not tell you who the decision maker is, is strange, who would we then be able to send our letters and feedback to? Who would we address a petition to? I previously thought that NOPTA didn't send the report to Madeleine King, but maybe it was delegated to someone else and they got the report instead. If only we knew who had it, we could have pinged them for a freedom of information request. Clever Labor Party, well played.
