Prairie is just like the other Saskatchewan marginal-concentration brine producers. The others don't have Chinese investors supporting them. That is not popular in Canada. If you want to make an offtake deal, why loan the company $300 million when you can just take it over for $150 million? Or less. Majority shareholders would be happy to walk away with that kind of profit. Some of the retail investors, also.
