If you believe in Quantum, then JB's
remaining shares of 10mil - 15mil is just peanut in the scheme of things.

Quantum can simply organize a 3rd party or associate to clean her shares up when Quantum chooses to do so.

The stake is high for Quantum as a 30% shareholder and as the off-take partner and as a bullion trader. 3mil oz is very very big and it is multi-billion dollar to Quantum and they can't afford to let get in the way.


Did anyone notice that BEZ and Quantum did not go ahead buying 1802 NBG shares with Pangaea and avoided paying her 10mil shares and 20mil options? BEZ instead chose to purchase the same amount of NBG shares by paying cash to another party. This, to me, is indication of Besra and Quantum's determination to tell her to f..k off and stop dealing with her. It speaks volume about their commitment to move the project forward without JB, a dirty bitchh. The cash payment is a brilliant move to avoid unnecessary dilution of shares to BEZ but also to avoid giving any more ammunition to JB. She must be furious.
