When I worked at the Silverwater site, no-one worked from home because you simply can't do that in high tech hands on jobs like this. Not many people have left or joined in the last 6 years so I doubt much has changed. They also ran a few day shifts and weekend shift days also so some workers start at 6am or 2pm. At least 4 people used public transport to get to work also and some park on the street to allow visitors to park on site. A fewroles were WFH (marketing and some of the admin stuff) but all tech people were in 100% of the time. Jim is mostly US based and I imagine the same is in the US facility.
