My version of right/left is that (think of a clock face)
@ 12 oclock both sides join in dictatorship, both the same
@ 6 oclock you have the backwoodsman and the kibbutz, both living in self dependent isolation
The left and right hand sides are the variations in between with the people in control on one side and the State in control on the other
With the spots of 3.0 and 9.0 (oclock) being the best of each system
