Could be. What it needs is for CSM to pull one more out of the hat.

However, I believe they could be ok as their share price is increasing while PMM's is falling.

I am not suggesting that Institutions or anyone may play a role in this, of course.

But there have been suspicions that this has happened before in bringing the prices of 2 companies together.
