I think a reasonable person would be able to understand that Ukrainian-style tattoos would probably not be present on a Russian pilot/crew. It suggests that at least one of the victims was probably a patriotic Ukrainian...in a Russian military plane.
ie: it kinda matches what the Russians have said since it occurred: 'Ukraine shot down a Russian plane containing their own POWs.'
