Interesting no oppies for sale at all on the registrar currently would think there would have been with those about to be issued them selling down whats being held for some arbitrage so would appear they are beleivers.

If you can get shareholders holding a total 5% or more of the shares on issue to agree an emergency meeting can be held to question what the company proposes to ratify.

Have to say have all but lost faith in Allen in his representation of minority holders and his ability to run a company with his performance in NME to date, very poor show, although its not over untill the fat lady sings, so I live in hope.
